Raney Allen
Board of Directors - President
Raney Allen is a Technical Account Manager for Blackbaud a software company supporting Nonprofits in their unique mission. In this role, Raney noticed an opportunity and need to organize with other states to align environmental and social goals. Nebraska GreenStep was created to assist with enhancing Nebraska’s environmental programs including assisting cities with steps/metrics so to help facilitate an easier transition to Government Standards/Requirements. We’re currently building out this holistic view of where Nebraska is with Global Standards, Sustainability Practices, Tools, and Programs/Grants.

Emily mannschreck
Board of Directors - Vice President
Emily is a licensed pharmacist and the Director of Pharmacy at CHI Health St Elizabeth and Nebraska Heart in Lincoln, Nebraska. Emily holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Drake University.
Her other area of focus is preservation of the Nebraska environment and is a co-founder of Nebraska GreenStep. A long-time advocate for sustainability, Dr. Mannschreck believes in the collaboration of nonprofits, local businesses, municipalities, and Nebraskans for a safe, viable future. Beyond these passions, Emily keeps busy with family activities and volunteering.

Calli Lyons is a co-founder and Secretary with Nebraska Green Step. Calli has a long family history in Nebraska and is passionate about preserving it for future generations. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. Calli and her husband keep busy with 4 children, 2 cats, 2 dogs and a hamster.

Colby mccormick
Treasurer
Colby McCormick is a co-founder and Treasurer with Nebraska Green Step. Colby is committed to providing knowledge, encouragement and support to Nebraska communities and businesses as they learn, adopt and transition to a greener business processes and lifestyle. Colby is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and has 17 years experience working in the Nonprofit Industry.
